Photo ID & Credit Card

Every guest 18+ must bring a valid government photo ID with date of birth. Bring the credit card used to book, with a matching name. No photocopies or digital IDs.

Boater Safety License

Anyone born in 1988 or later must complete a boater safety test - free online in advance, or in person at check-in for a small fee. Take it online to skip the wait.

Ages & Drivers

Riders 4+ can join as passengers with an adult. Drivers must be 18+ (or 16–17 with a boater license and a parent signing at check-in). Up to 3 per ski, 460 lbs combined.

Check-In & What to Bring

Check in 60 minutes before departure. Bring a bathing suit, towel, reef-safe sunscreen, and a strap for sunglasses. Life jackets and instruction are provided.
